Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-07-15. English is the governing language of these Terms.

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of Chidori, a GEO / AI-visibility diagnosis and monitoring subscription (the "Service"), operated by BRIDGE BRIGHT PTE. LTD. (UEN 202626245Z), a company incorporated in Singapore with its registered office at 68 Circular Road, #02-01, Singapore 049422 ("Chidori", "we", "us"). By creating an account, starting a trial, or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service. Chidori measures how visible a website is to AI search engines and assistants, and provides a diagnosis, a visibility score, per-engine citation results, and recommended fixes, refreshed on a recurring schedule. The Service is provided on a software-as-a-service basis; you are responsible for making any changes to your own website.
2. Accounts & eligibility. You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for activity under your account. The Service is intended for businesses and the people who operate them. By registering, you confirm you are at least 18 and are authorised to enter this agreement on behalf of the business you represent.
3. Free trial. We offer a 14-day free trial that does not require a credit card. During the trial you receive two full weekly reports. If you do not subscribe, nothing is charged and the trial simply ends.
4. Subscription, billing & renewal. The Service is a monthly subscription that renews automatically until cancelled. Self-serve subscription prices are shown on the pricing page in the currency of your locale (USD for English and Chinese, JPY for Japanese) as flat, non-usage-based prices. Our separate full build & managed service is a Japan-market offering billed in JPY. Billing occurs on your monthly renewal date. We may change subscription prices with prior notice; a change takes effect on your next billing period and you may cancel before then. Applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout.
5. Payments & merchant of record. Payments are processed by Stripe. We sell these subscriptions through Stripe's Managed Payments, under which Stripe acts as the merchant of record for the transaction and, under its own terms, calculates, collects and remits applicable sales tax / VAT / consumption tax and administers card chargebacks. Questions about your subscription, refunds, or the Service itself should still be directed to us. We do not receive or store your full card details.
6. Number of sites (fair use). A subscription includes one diagnosed site. You may add up to two additional sites at the stated per-site rate, for a total of three sites. Managing more sites — for example, an agency operating many venues — requires our separate build / managed plan, not a single subscription. We may enforce this limit technically.
7. Cancellation. You may cancel at any time; the subscription stops at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for how refunds work.
8. Acceptable use. You may not use the Service to submit sites you are not authorised to analyse, to resell reports as your own service beyond the site limit above, to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service (except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law), or to break the law.
9. Intellectual property. The Service, its software, reports, and brand are our property or that of our licensors. You keep ownership of the site data you submit, and you may use the reports we produce for you for your own business purposes. You grant us the limited licence needed to operate the Service and produce your reports.
10. No guarantee of results. The Service measures and reports AI visibility. It does not guarantee any particular ranking, citation, traffic, or sales outcome. AI engines are third-party systems we do not control.
11. Disclaimers & limitation of liability. The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
12. Assignment & succession. We may assign or transfer this agreement and our rights and obligations under it to a successor that agrees to be bound by these Terms (including in connection with a reorganisation, a corporate migration, or a business transfer). Any transfer of your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law. We will notify you by posting on our website or by email.
13. Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms and will post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date. We will notify you by email of any material change before it takes effect, and you may cancel before then if you do not accept it. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing law & jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection laws, or of any right to bring proceedings in the courts, of your country of residence.
15. Severability & waiver. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it is modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed, and the remaining provisions stay in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
16. Contact. Questions about these Terms: [email protected]. See also our Privacy Policy. Customers in Japan: our 特定商取引法に基づく表記 is available in Japanese.
