Commercial disclosure

1. Scope. These terms govern use of Chidori's GEO diagnosis / monitoring service (the "Service") between you and us.

2. Fees. Fees are as stated above, billed monthly by credit card.

3. Data. URLs and email addresses you submit are used only to provide the Service and related notices. See the privacy policy for details.

4. Assignment / succession of the agreement. We may assign or transfer this agreement, our rights and obligations under it, and your registration information to a third party (including a successor entity of ours) in connection with a merger, corporate split, business transfer or similar event, and you consent to this in advance. Notice by posting on our website or by email is sufficient.

5. Number of domains. The monthly plan includes one diagnosed domain. Each additional domain adds the stated monthly amount, up to a total of 3 domains. For more than that, we offer a separate build / managed plan.

6. No guarantee. The Service measures and reports AI visibility; it does not guarantee any particular ranking, traffic, or sales.

We handle personal data in accordance with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI). The seller's name, address, responsible manager and contact details are stated in the table above. Complaints and enquiries are handled through that contact (email or telephone).

1. What we collect. The website URL / domain you submit for diagnosis, your email address, and diagnosis results / usage logs. We do not hold card numbers or payment credentials — these are collected and processed directly by our payment provider.

2. Purpose. To provide the Service (diagnosis, reports, monitoring), send reports and notices, improve quality, and comply with law.

3. Processors / third parties. We entrust data processing to the following providers, which act on our behalf under their service terms or data-processing terms: Stripe (payments and merchant of record; Singapore / United States), Resend (email delivery; United States), Cloudflare (hosting, including Browser Rendering and KV storage; United States), OpenAI (United States), Perplexity (United States) and Google (Gemini API and Places API; United States) for AI-answer checks and place lookups, and ByteDance Volcengine ARK (China), which may be used for the Chinese-language AI-answer check — it receives the venue's public name, address and website, never your email address. To look up public listings we also send the venue name, address and website URL you submit to Recruit HotPepper (Japan), Rakuten (Japan) and TripAdvisor (United States). We send diagnosis inputs to these providers through their APIs under terms that, for OpenAI, Google and Perplexity, state API data is not used to train their models by default; for other providers we send only public business data. Information on each provider's data-processing terms is available on request. Except for these processors, we do not share personal data with third parties save as required by law.

4. Transfers to recipients outside Japan (APPI Article 28). Personal data you provide (for example a sole proprietor's venue name and address, and your email address) may be transferred to the countries named in section 3 — the United States, China, Japan and Singapore. By ticking the consent box you consent to this transfer. The data-protection framework that applies to each provider is that of the country in which it operates; we do not claim that any of these frameworks is adequate or equivalent to Japan's APPI.

5. Retention. While your subscription is active, your account and reports are retained. For inactive accounts, diagnosis / report data is deleted approximately 180 days after last activity. Billing, tax and other legally-required records are retained for the periods the law requires.

6. Access / correction / deletion / opt-out. To access, correct, delete your data, or unsubscribe from email, contact us at the address above. A signed-in user can delete their account and data from the Delete account control on your /account page; deletion requests sent by email are completed within 30 days. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

7. Cookies. This site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. It uses only the minimal cookies required to function. Our own cookies are a session cookie (httpOnly) that keeps you signed in, and a navigation-hint cookie named cg_in (90 days, not HttpOnly) set after login or checkout, which only switches the “Log in” link to “Dashboard”; it holds no token or email address and is not used for tracking.
