Commercial disclosure

1. Scope. These terms govern use of Chidori's GEO diagnosis / monitoring service (the "Service") between you and us.

2. Fees. Fees are as stated above, billed monthly by credit card.

3. Data. URLs and email addresses you submit are used only to provide the Service and related notices. See the privacy policy for details.

4. Assignment / succession of the agreement. We may assign or transfer this agreement, our rights and obligations under it, and your registration information to a third party (including a successor entity of ours) in connection with a merger, corporate split, business transfer or similar event, and you consent to this in advance. Notice by posting on our website or by email is sufficient.

5. Number of domains. The monthly plan includes one diagnosed domain. Each additional domain adds the stated monthly amount, up to a total of 3 domains. For more than that, we offer a separate build / managed plan.

6. No guarantee. The Service measures and reports AI visibility; it does not guarantee any particular ranking, traffic, or sales.

We are finalizing a privacy policy compliant with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI). The following describes our current practices; statutory disclosure items — entity name, address, representative, domestic representative in Japan, and complaint contact — will be published here once entity details are finalized.

1. What we collect. The website URL / domain you submit for diagnosis, your email address, and diagnosis results / usage logs. We do not hold card numbers or payment credentials — these are collected and processed directly by our payment provider.

2. Purpose. To provide the Service (diagnosis, reports, monitoring), send reports and notices, improve quality, and comply with law.

3. Processors / third parties. We entrust data processing to: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), and Cloudflare (hosting / storage). These processors may process and store data overseas (e.g. the United States) — a cross-border transfer. We protect it under equivalent measures based on each provider's data-processing agreement (standard contractual clauses etc.), and information on those measures is available on request. Except for these processors, we do not share personal data with third parties save as required by law.

4. Retention. While your subscription is active, your account and reports are retained. For inactive accounts, diagnosis / report data is deleted approximately 180 days after last activity. Billing, tax and other legally-required records are retained for the periods the law requires.

5. Access / correction / deletion / opt-out. To access, correct, delete your data, or unsubscribe from email, contact us at the address above. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

6. Cookies. This site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. It may use only the minimal cookies required to function.
